I'm Norman Cohn, President of Career Finders.
I've spent most of my career - the past 25 years - helping people succeed in their search
for a rewarding career. In 1981, I founded Career Finders, a recruiting firm in the aerospace
industry. Times have changed, of course, and so has the company. Since our founding, we've placed
